Australia's most sought after honey!
Light in colour, dense and sweet. 1,000's of acres of yellow box bushland have been cleared and so lost to beekeepers, hence this honey is usually in short supply.

Stringybark is a darker in colour and flavoursome honey. It is mainly collected from the eucalypt forests on the New England Tableland of New South Wales.

White Box honey comes from the western slopes of the Great Divide, starting in Queensland going right through to South Australia.  A light coloured honey with excellent flavour.
